III. How to use:
1. After connecting the ground pulley to the tension meter (referring to the weight meter), connect it to the well head with a rope. Adjust the rope length according to the position of the winch drum to make the wire as parallel as possible to the drum plane (that is, the angle between the wire coming down from the top of the blowout pipe and the wire going out of the drum is approximately 90 degrees);
If the ground pulley is hoisted to change the load direction of the steel wire or cable (wire rope), directly use the hook to pass through the hoisting ring to hoist the pulley;
2. Unscrew the compression nut on the pulley bracket, and unscrew the lock block counterclockwise to expose the groove on the pulley bracket;
3. The steel wire or cable (wire rope) is inserted into the pulley groove through the pulley bracket groove;
4. Rotate the lock block 90° clockwise, and then tighten the compression nut.
IV. matters needing attention:
1. Before use, check the wear of the anti-hopping block on the carrier to ensure that the steel wire or cable (wire rope) does not jump out of the wheel groove;
2. When storing, it is strictly forbidden to hit the pulley with heavy objects to avoid deformation;
3. The specifications of the ground pulley should be selected according to the diameter of the steel wire or cable (steel rope), so as to avoid excessive bending of the steel wire or cable (steel rope) and fatigue damage;
4. When the ground pulley is used in conjunction with the floor stand, it can prevent the steel wire from instantaneous relaxation and impact on the pulley.
