Pump-In-Tee Wireline Pressure Control Equipment
Ⅰ.Introduction
The Pump in tee is attached below the BOP,The pump in tee
connection thread is used to connect the wellhead manifold to
provide a path for large flow. NPT thread hole on the other side of
the tee body is a pressure release valve . After installing the pressure release valve, it can be used for pressure relief to ensure safe operation.

Ⅲ. Features
The Pump in tee is composed of a body, a nonunion plug, a nonunion
nut (standard part), a slip and a nonunion nut.The body is a
pressure member, and the material is 4140,Through forging,
tempering treatment, mechanical properties test and ultrasonic
testing, to ensure that meet the requirements of use.The nut and
the slips are fixed by the top wire and play the connecting role.
Ⅳ. Pressure Testing:
1. Install the pressure test connector and connect the pressure
test line；
2. Start the pressure test pump to carry out the pressure test.
Refer to the specific specifications and
drawings for the test pressure and time. Fill in the test record
card.
Ⅴ. Daily Maintenance
1．After use, the O-ring and seal should be replaced；
2．When not in use, should take the protector and brush the thread
with anti-rust oil for storage.
