Hydraulic Stuffing Box Wireline Pressure Control
I. Overview:
The hydraulic blowout preventer is a ground pressure control
equipment for sealing steel wire in steel wire operation, and its
sealing of steel wire is realized by rubber sealing packing. The
blowout prevention system is equipped with a steel wire blowout
prevention plug for sealing the downhole pressure after the steel
wire breaks. The pressing mode of sealing packing is hydraulic
remote control and manual operation. The blowout prevention box is
mainly composed of pulley bracket assembly, body assembly and
control hydraulic cylinder assembly.
II. Main technical parameters:
1. specification and model: FH16-35-Y
2. Rated working pressure: 35MPa;;
3. Maximum applicable steel wire diameter: 0.125 ";
4. Diameter of pulley: 16″(406.4mm););
5. Operation mode: manual and hydraulic integration;
6. Connection form: 4-3/4-4 ACME-B union; Safety load: 25KN.
III. Usage:
1. Install copper sleeve:
(1) install the copper sleeve (part 7) into the piston (part 4) and
screw on the hexagon socket set screws with flat point (part 23);
(2) Install the O-ring of the piston;
(3) Install the O-ring of the hydraulic cylinder (part 6);
(4) Put the piston assembly into the hydraulic cylinder (part 6),
put the spring (part 5), tighten it on the body (part 12), and
screw on the hexagon socket set screws with flat point;
(5) Screw on the inner quick connector (piece 21) and the manual
pressure cover (piece 3).
2. Thread the steel wire from the upper part of the BOP box: (1)
the steel wire passes through the manual pressure cover (part 3),
piston (part 4), copper sleeve (part 7), packing and sandwich
packing (parts 8 and 9) and blowout prevention plug (part 11) from
top to bottom in turn; (2) Screw on the BOP stopper (part 13).
3. Loosen the knurled nut (part 31), install the guard against the
job-hopping plate (part 15), install the steel wire in the wheel
groove, lower the anti-job-hopping plate, and tighten the knurled
nut.
4. Install the blowout preventer on the blowout preventer and
tighten the union nut (part 14).
IV. Precautions:
1. after adjusting the hydraulic cylinder (part 6) and adjusting
the bearing clearance properly, pay attention to tighten the
hexagon socket set screws with flat point;
2. Regularly add sealing grease to the deep groove ball bearing
(part 35) on the pulley shaft (part 18);
3. The pulley bearing has its own grease, and it must be replaced
immediately in case of jamming or abnormal sound;
4. It should be fixed firmly during storage or transportation to
prevent bumping against pulleys.
V. Performance test:
1. Tie the steel wire at the stopper of blowout preventer after
penetrating from the lower part;
2. Install the pressure test joint and connect the pressure test
pipeline;
3. Connect the pipeline of the hand pump to the control cylinder,
and first press it to 21MPa;; You can also tighten the packing
sealing wire by hand;
4. Start the pressure test pump for pressure test, the test
pressure is 70MPa, keep the pressure for 15 minutes, and fill in
the test record card.
VI. Routine maintenance:
1. After each well use, the sealing packing and blowout preventer
should be replaced;
2. If the bearing is jammed or abnormal, it must be checked and
replaced;
3. When temporarily not in use, it should be stored with silk
protector.
