Ⅰ. introduction
The Tubing Broaches is a tool used to hang any natural obstruction cone in the well or to reshape the tubing with a small amount of deformation. The whole cone can hang up the obstruction of about 4mm.
The Wireline Tubing Broaches are used to remove or broach tight spots in tubing strings using hardened cutting teeth to cut or shear materials
from the tubing wall.Broaches can be manufactured in many configurations and sizes to meet specific wellbore conditions.The WirelineTubing Broaches use diamond shaped teeth to remove scale, debris, or deformations from the inside of the tubing string.

III.Instructions:
Connect the Tubing Broaches to the bottom of the tool string, when the Tubing Broaches goes down to the position of the obstacle in the well, jar down through the jar, and the conical scraper scrapes off the obstacle, so as to achieve the effect of cleaning the dirt; When the tapered pipe scraper is lifted up, it encounters an obstacle, shocks upward, and the cone scrapes off the obstacle, which also achieves the effect of cleaning dirt.
IV, matters needing attention:
The Tubing Broaches can only be used to scrape a certain amount of obstacles. When the obstacle of the tubing is too thick or the tubing is seriously deformed, other tools should be considered.
