Overview
The hydraulic tool catcher is composed of a body, a mandrel, a fish
claw, a lower joint, a nonnut, a guard plate, a piston, a spring,
etc., a seal and a rubber part. The lower end lower joint is
connected to the wellhead joint. The upper end is nonexistent and
can be connected to the wellhead device. Under the control of
spring and external hand pump, the fishing claw inside the
hydraulic trap can realize the smooth unloading after successful
fishing.

Operating principle
When working, connect the hydraulic Tool Catcher to the wellhead
first.
After the salvage rushes up, the top opens the salvage claw, and
the salvage neck end of the salvaged object enters the salvage
claw. The fishing claw retracts under the action of the spring. The
salvaged object is successfully salvaged, at this time the salvaged
object can not be offloaded and successfully salvaged. When you
need to unload, use the hand pressure pump to press down, so that
the fishing claw moves backward, the fishing claw opens, and the
release can be smooth.
Routine maintenance
1. Do product test before each well;
2.After use
(1) The O-ring should be checked for damage and replaced in time;
(2) After use, regular and timely maintenance to extend the service
life of the tool;
3. When not in use for the time being, you should bring the
protective wire for storage.
