Overview
The wellhead flange is used to connect the wellhead, the upper part
is connected to the tubing , and the lower part is connected to the
wellhead. The wellhead flange is connected by bolts and nuts. When
in use, the gasket is placed between the sealing surface, after
tightening the nut, the specific pressure on the surface of the
gasket will be deformed after reaching a certain value, and the
uneven part of the sealing surface will be filled, so that the
connection is tight and does not leak.
Pressure test
The wellhead flange should be regularly tested for compressive
strength, and the test pressure is 1.5 times the working pressure.
1. Install the pressure test connector and connect the pressure
test hose ;
2. Start the pressure test pump for pressure test: press to the
test pressure, hold the pressure for 15 minutes without leakage,
fill in the test record card.
